Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PMO Concept.

If you completed a booking payment for one of our training / certification services, and, for any reason, you are not going to start our training / certification services We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any training/ certification services that You purchased with Us.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to PMO Concept for Management Consultations, No. 47, 1st district, 5th settlement, Cairo, Egypt.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to our training courses and certification programs.

event refers to our training course and certification program.

Delegate refers to customer or trainee who purchased one or more of our services.

Website refers to PMO Concept, accessible from https://www.pmoconcept.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order immediately 3 days or less prior the event start date announced on our web site without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


Conditions for Refund

PMO Concept, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

In order to refund, please make sure that:

  • You send us our confirmation for your seat booking in the designated training course
  • You send us our confirmation of your payment receive in the designated training course
  • The training course is not provided to you as a gift or free.
  • Your request should be delivered to us 72 hours or more of the training course start date as announced by our web site.

We reserve the right to refuse refund in any case that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.

In case PMO Concept cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.

If a cancellation is done by a delegate 3 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.

 

Duplicate Payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 7 to14 working days after intimation by the customer.

 

Certification Exam Fee

For certification Exam fees, we follow the terms of the certificate provider, PMO Global Institute Inc. please refer to PMO Global Institute Refund policy.
