This certification is divided into two parts:

• CB-PMO® Training from PMO Global Institute Authorized Trainer
• CB-PMO® Examination

Once you complete the certification training, you will be eligible to sit for the exam within 1 year from the completion date.

• Create Your Own Study Plan
• Prepare flash cards
• Assess your exam readiness by practice/mock exam (100 questions)
• Continue mock exam till getting 65% marks
• Complete Application online 
• Eligibility letter from PMO Global Institute
• Schedule exam day
• Pass the Exam

You may retake the exam 2 times in addition to the first time.

Yes, you are required to pay $299 to retake the exam each time.

• Any project management professional having at least 7500 hours (around 7 years) of Project Management Experience can pursue the CB-PMO® Certification.
• Need minimum of 21 hours of formal PMO training from PMO Global Institute authorized trainer.

• Report 30 hours of PMO Learning and implementation experience in a 3 years period
• Pay a renewal fee of $89 dollars every 3 years.
